What We Do During A Performance Tune-Up:
Included In All Cooling Inspections:
- Check thermostat for proper operation
- Check temperature drop across evaporator coil
- Check filtration system
- Check for proper air flow
- Lubricate blower as needed
- Inspect AC drain line

Inspect evaporator coil (if accessible) for:
- Excess rust
- Oil/refrigerant leaks
- Restrictions from debris
- Mold Growth
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check starting components
- Visually inspect for oil/refrigerant leaks
- Inspect refrigerant pressures for proper change
- Inspect AC cycle for proper operations
- Clean condensing coil
- Remove leaves and debris from inside condenser
Included In All Heating Inspections:
- Check thermostat for proper operation
- Check for gas leaks at furnace
- Check temperature rise

Inspect heat exchange for:
- Excess rust and metal fatigue
- Combustion leaks
- Clean out condensate trap where applicable
- Remove burners to clean and inspect
- Clean flame sensor
- Inspect ignitor
- Clean pilot assembly
- Test safety components
- Brush and vacuum out furnace and heat exchanger
- Inspect filtration system
- Inspect for proper air flow
- Lubricate blower as needed
- Inspect flue piping for leakage
Humidifier Services:
- Clean and inspect humidifier
- Inspect for water leaks
- Inspect drain
- Replace water panel
